T Cells Are Required for Orthodontic Tooth Movement

T cells are crucial for orthodontic tooth movement (OTM) by promoting osteoclast formation and bone remodeling. This study reveals that T-cell-deficient mice exhibit reduced OTM, which is restored by T-cell infusion.
