MCaVoH: A toolkit for mining, classification and visualization of human microbiota.

We developed MCaVoH, a novel computational tool for analyzing human microbial communities using 16S rRNA gene sequences. This platform integrates clustering, classification, and biclustering to identify subgroups and interactions within microbial communities.
