The significance of early post-exercise ST segment normalization.

Early ST segment recovery after exercise treadmill testing (ETT) indicates a less severe ischemic burden on myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI). This suggests a positive ETT with early ST recovery may be a false positive finding.
