PPAR-γ agonist attenuates inflammation in aortic aneurysm patients

Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR)-γ agonist reduced inflammation and macrophage infiltration in aortic aneurysm patients. This suggests PPAR-γ agonists may help prevent or delay aortic aneurysm progression.
