Atrioventricular Conduction Changes After CoreValve Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation

Transcatheter aortic valve implantation with CoreValve frequently causes conduction disturbances, most commonly left bundle-branch block. Baseline right bundle-branch block and prosthetic depth predict pacemaker need in 25% of patients.
