Cutaneous Cryptococcoma in a Patient on TNF-α Inhibition

A rare fungal infection, Cryptococcus neoformans panniculitis, presented in an elderly male with rheumatoid arthritis. Despite initial fluconazole treatment, the infection recurred, highlighting challenges in managing disseminated fungal disease in immunocompromised patients.
