Summary
Laparoscopic radical nephrectomy with inferior vena cava (IVC) thrombectomy is a safe approach for renal cell carcinoma. This minimally invasive technique successfully treated level II IVC tumor thrombus in two patients, showing no recurrence during follow-up.
