Exuberant Vasculoconnective Component in Mediastinal Mixed Germ Cell Tumors.

Primary mediastinal mixed germ cell tumors in young males often contain mature teratoma with vasculoconnective tissue. This component may be intrinsic, suggesting consideration for mixed GCT in anterior mediastinal masses.
