Contralateral Spinal Accessory Nerve Transfer: A New Technique in Panavulsive Brachial Plexus Palsy

This study presents a novel surgical technique for brachial plexus avulsion repair using contralateral spinal accessory nerve transfer. The method successfully restored shoulder function and stability in a patient with severe brachial plexus palsy.
