Abstract:
Fortunately the mini-fixation is a system allowing a high level of stability in case of closed reposition of, for example, the distal comminuted fracture of the radius. In order to avoid the need of changing the drill guides of different sizes on the bone, a plug drill guide has been developed by which a patient and time sparing proceeding is possible.
