- Continuous improvement of skin lesions was noted throughout the treatment course.

- Golimumab may represent a viable alternative treatment for patients with recalcitrant erythrodermic psoriasis.
- Further clinical studies are necessary to establish the efficacy and safety profile of golimumab in EP.
- This case report highlights a potential new therapeutic avenue for severe, treatment-resistant psoriasis.
