Structural MRI Differences between Patients with and without First Rank Symptoms: A Delusion?

Structural brain imaging revealed subtle and inconsistent volume differences in patients with first-rank symptoms (FRS) of psychosis. These brain abnormalities associated with FRS may be too subtle for current imaging techniques to detect.
