    Summary

    Mild exercise significantly impacts pulmonary hemodynamics in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) patients, increasing pulmonary arterial pressure more than in healthy individuals. Ventilatory responses remained similar between groups during the study.
