Orthopedic considerations of cervical syndrome and temporomandibular disorders
Abstract:
Dental clinicians should be aware that symptomatology of the head, neck, shoulders and arms, associated with cervical syndrome may present concurrent to temporomandibular disorders. A review of some cervical complex alterations is presented as well as treatment procedures which could reflect upon temporomandibular treatment in dentistry.
