MGFM: a novel tool for detection of tissue and cell specific marker genes from microarray gene expression data

We developed Marker Gene Finder in Microarray data (MGFM), a bioinformatics tool to identify tissue-specific marker genes from gene expression data. MGFM accurately predicts important genes for cell identity and function.
