Motion artifacts in kidney stone imaging using single-source and dual-source dual-energy CT scanners: a phantom study

Motion artifacts significantly impact dual-energy computed tomography (DECT) stone classification. Dual-source DECT (DS-DECT) is more robust against motion artifacts than single-source DECT (SS-DECT), reducing misclassification rates.
