[Myotomy of the lower constrictor in total laryngectomy with phonatory prosthesis. Our experience]

We study in this paper the results from two groups of patients that underwent total laryngectomy with voice rehabilitation through phonatory prosthesis, with and without myotomy. We present the complications and the phonatory results and decreased complications.
