Vowel coarticulation: Landmark statistics measure vowel aggression

This study quantifies vowel coarticulation in Taiwan Mandarin using articulatory data. Vowel /i/ showed the most tongue body information sharing with preceding consonants, while lip articulator sharing followed the order /u/ > /i/ > /a/.
