Dexrazoxane exacerbates doxorubicin-induced testicular toxicity

Dexrazoxane (DEX) does not protect against Doxorubicin (DXR)-induced testicular toxicity in mice. Instead, combining DEX with DXR worsens sperm parameters and depletes the spermatogonial reserve, highlighting differing drug effects in testes versus the heart.
