Summary
Nuclear protein in testis (NUT) midline carcinomas (NMC) are rare. Researchers found no NUT protein expression in 483 lung carcinoma and carcinoid tumor specimens, suggesting NUT gene rearrangement is not relevant in these primary lung cancers.
