Abstract:
In our days the role of lens lipid peroxidation in cataract development is under discussion. It is important to establish if anticataract preparations hinder this process. Antioxidation action of different anticataract drugs in phosphate buffer--rat serum--FeSO4 system was studied. It was established that only part of anticataract drugs are able to hinder lipid peroxidation.
