Do Oral Contraceptives Alter Knee Ligament Damage with Heavy Exercise?

Oral contraceptive pill (OCP) users experienced more pain and less anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) laxity after exercise. Despite similar laxity changes, OCP users may face higher knee injury risk due to ACL stiffness.
