This study found higher levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecules (sICAMs) in children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Treatment with methylphenidate reduced sICAM-2 levels, suggesting a role in ADHD inflammation and treatment mechanisms.
