Summary

Tomosynthesis-guided vacuum-assisted breast biopsy (TVAB) is a feasible and accurate method for diagnosing microcalcifications and architectural distortions, showing improved performance over stereotactic vacuum-assisted breast biopsy (SVAB). TVAB offers a shorter procedure time and fewer complications, enhancing diagnostic capabilities.
