Summary

High-flexion total knee arthroplasty (TKA) using the NexGen LPS-flex system demonstrated satisfactory clinical and radiological outcomes. This study reports a 99.2% implant survival rate after 5 years, indicating good long-term performance for patients undergoing TKA.
