Clear cell endometrial cancer: a CTF multicentre Italian study.

Background:

• Extensive surgical staging is essential for managing endometrial clear cell carcinoma.
• Completely staged Stage I disease does not necessitate adjuvant therapy.
• Adjuvant chemotherapy is recommended for more advanced stages of endometrial clear cell carcinoma.
