Sonographic evaluation of diaphragmatic dysfunction in COPD patients

Diaphragmatic dysfunction in COPD patients can be easily assessed using ultrasound to measure lung silhouette movement. This non-invasive method provides reliable results for both hemidiaphragms, correlating well with lung function.
