Theory-driven, web-based, computer-tailored advice to reduce and interrupt sitting at work: development, feasibility

A web-based intervention effectively reduced workplace sitting time among employees. This computer-tailored advice was found feasible and acceptable, with most participants reporting behavior changes or intentions to reduce sedentary behavior.
