Abstract
Objective, Patients And Methods:
From a study of 65 patients with vaginal prolapse, we studied 56 patients treated by the Elevate technic during an ambulatory hospitalisation.
Results:
Seven patients failed to the ambulatory protocol and needed to stay. Three of them for urinary retention. Eighty-eight percent of the patients were satisfied by this protocol.
Conclusion:
This study shows the feasibility of prolapse surgery in an ambulatory settings.
