Does Sacrococcygeal Angle Play a Role on Pilonidal Sinus Etiology?

The sacrococcygeal angle, a key skeletal feature, does not appear to be a predisposing factor for developing sacrococcygeal pilonidal disease (SPD). This study found no significant difference in angles between patients with SPD and healthy controls.
