NF-κB Expression and Outcomes in Solid Tumors: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-κB) overexpression is linked to poorer survival in most solid tumors. This meta-analysis found NF-κB expression correlates with worse overall survival across multiple time points and cancer types.
