Using aortic distensibility index to detect coronary stenosis
Non-invasive aortic distensibility measurements can predict significant coronary artery disease. Lower aortic distensibility index values indicate more severe obstructive coronary artery disease and higher coronary artery calcium scores.

- Non-invasive assessment of ADI is feasible for predicting significant atherosclerotic coronary artery disease.
- Lower ADI values are associated with significant obstructive coronary artery disease and high coronary artery calcium scores.
