Summary

Dynamic cerebral autoregulation (dCA) remained unchanged after cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) in coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) patients. However, impaired dCA may be linked to postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD), warranting further investigation.
