Association between RAD 51 rs1801320 and susceptibility to glioblastoma

Genetic variations in DNA repair genes, specifically RAD51 rs1801320, are linked to an increased risk of developing glioblastoma. This finding may help identify individuals susceptible to this aggressive brain tumor.

- RAD51 rs1801320 polymorphisms are associated with an increased susceptibility to glioblastoma.
- These findings suggest a potential role for DNA repair gene variations in glioblastoma predisposition.
- Further research is warranted to explore the clinical implications of these genetic markers.
