What is the pelvic lymph node normal size? Determination from normal MRI examinations

This study establishes normal size limits for pelvic lymph nodes using MRI, providing crucial reference values for mesorectal nodes for the first time. These findings help identify abnormal lymph node sizes in pelvic imaging.

- Mesorectal nodes >4 mm short diameter and other pelvic nodes exceeding their respective upper limits should be considered abnormal.
