  • Both patients presented with symptoms requiring intervention.

Findings:

  • Surgical ligation was performed for both diagnosed cases of CAF.
  • Excellent postoperative outcomes were achieved following surgical management.

Implications:

  • This case series highlights the importance of accurate diagnosis and effective treatment of coronary artery fistulas.
  • Surgical ligation remains a viable and successful treatment option for managing coronary artery fistulas, ensuring positive patient outcomes.
