    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To compare the pregnancy outcomes of chorionic villus sampling (CVS) in twin pregnancies conceived via assisted reproduction technology (ART) versus those conceived spontaneously.
    • To assess differences in pregnancy loss, preterm delivery, and perinatal mortality between the two groups.

    Main Methods:

    • Retrospective analysis of dichorionic twin pregnancies undergoing CVS between 1986 and 2013 at a tertiary fetal medicine center.
    • Comparison of outcomes between 32 ART-conceived twin pregnancies and 130 spontaneously conceived twin pregnancies.
