Summary

Acoustic Structure Quantification (ASQ) effectively diagnoses Hashimoto thyroiditis by quantifying thyroid echogenicity. A ratio cutoff of 0.27 shows high sensitivity and specificity, making ASQ a valuable diagnostic tool.
