The endovenous ASVAL method: principles and preliminary results

The endovenous ambulatory selective varicose vein ablation under local anesthesia (eASVAL) is a safe and feasible method for treating varicose veins. This technique shows promising one-year results, preserving the great saphenous vein and improving clinical outcomes.
