High rates of missing health-related quality of life (HRQL) data were found in the Interagency Registry for Mechanically Assisted Circulatory Support (INTERMACS) study. Addressing site-specific variations in Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire (KCCQ) collection is crucial for improving HRQL analyses.
