Background:

Odontoameloblastoma (OA) is an exceptionally rare odontogenic tumor.
It exhibits features of both ameloblastoma and odontoma.
Few cases meet current World Health Organization classification criteria.

Observation:

Presents as a slow-growing lesion, similar to solid multi-cystic ameloblastoma.
Often associated with unerupted teeth, predominantly in males.
This case involves a 17-year-old female with an OA mimicking a fibro-osseous lesion.

Findings:

The tumor displayed characteristics of both ameloblastoma and odontoma.
Radiographic and histological examination confirmed the diagnosis.
The lesion was noted to be asymptomatic with slow, progressive growth.
