Reliability of classification for post-traumatic ankle osteoarthritis

The van Dijk osteoarthritis scale showed fair reliability, while the Takakura and Kellgren systems demonstrated poor reliability among surgeons evaluating post-traumatic ankle fractures. These classification systems are not suitable for clinical decision-making.
