Agmatine improves renal function in gentamicin-induced nephrotoxicity in rats

Agmatine protects against gentamicin-induced kidney damage by reducing oxidative stress and inflammation. This study shows agmatine (AGM) can be a potential therapeutic agent for preventing gentamicin nephrotoxicity.
