Abstract:
Foudroyant generalizated Wegener's granulomatosis of 57 years old man is reported. The diagnosis was proved on basis of characteristic clinical picture, the bronchial laesions and histology. The disease improved in consequence of high dose immunsupressant therapy. The massive letal haemorrhage origined from the intestinal manifestation of Wegener's granulomatosis merits particular attention. Only one similar case has been reported for this time. The clinical features and the therapeutic possibilities of Wegener's granulomatosis is reviewed.
