Summary

Buried bumper syndrome (BBS) is a serious complication of enteral feeding tubes. Percutaneous jejunal extension (PEGJ) tubes show a significantly higher risk of BBS compared to standard percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) tubes.
