    Background:

    • Non-ablative treatments for subcutaneous fat reduction are increasingly common in dermatology.
    • Growing interest in non-invasive body contouring solutions.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the safety and efficacy of a tripolar radiofrequency device.
    • To assess skin tightening and circumference reduction of the upper arms.

    Main Methods:

    • Twelve females underwent eight weekly non-ablative treatments using a tripolar radiofrequency device.
    • Measurements included circumference, body weight, and photographic analysis.
    • Patient and investigator assessments used a 5-point scale for clinical improvement.

    Main Results:

    • Significant circumference reduction in both anterior and posterior upper arms (mean 1.99 cm).
    • Results were sustained at 4-week follow-up.
    • Patients reported moderate to good improvement in size, tightness, and appearance; the procedure was well-tolerated and pain-free.

    Conclusions:

    • Tripolar radiofrequency devices provide a safe and effective non-invasive option.
    • Beneficial effects on circumferential reduction and aesthetic appearance of the upper arms.
