BODY COMPOSITION CHANGES DURING A MULTIDISCIPLINARY TREATMENT PROGRAMME IN OVERWEIGHT ADOLESCENTS: EVASYON STUDY

This study shows a multidisciplinary lifestyle intervention effectively reduced fat mass and maintained fat-free mass in overweight adolescents over 13 months. Body composition changes were consistent across multiple measurement methods.
