The risk of complications and of digestive and extra-digestive cancers may be high, especially in case of genetic predisposition syndromes, and requires multidisciplinary management of the patients (oncogenetic counseling, gastroenterologist, pathologist, dermatologist, gynecologist and endocrinologist).
