Unexplained post-renal transplant tolerance: a case report

This case study reports a patient achieving long-term clinical operational tolerance after stopping immunosuppression. Elevated B lymphocytes and NK cells suggest their role in maintaining graft function without drugs.

- Interleukin-10 (IL-10) cytokine levels were elevated, while Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) levels decreased.
