[Bone regeneration over plastic implants after mandibular resection breaking the continuity].

W Utz

    Deutsche Zahnarztliche Zeitschrift
    |April 1, 1977
    PubMed
    Summary

Bone regeneration in young patients with mandibular defects can occur from the temporo-mandibular joint and mandibular stump. Over years, resin grafts facilitate complete bone regeneration, unlike the minimal regeneration observed in adults.
